Your job in manufacturing involves ensuring that machinery is working at an optimum rate and that you fulfill other tasks efficiently. Your job is important in making sure that the company uses its available production capacities effectively.
On-site logistics transport raw materials, half-finished products, and finished products. The team is also responsible for loading and unloading trucks correctly and ensuring that loads are safe.
After an apprenticeship as a business clerk, Bernd Köhler studied business law before working for several years for a marketing agency in Cologne. He moved into personnel as branch manager of a temporary employment agency. After qualifying as a personnel manager in 2014, he came to GTP Schäfer. He is responsible for accompanying our employees and developing their potential.
René Wildt first completed his apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and then worked for three years in controlling with a focus on consolidation planning. In 2010 he moved to GTP Schäfer, becoming head of finance in 2013.
