After studying business administration with a focus on human resources management, Annika Jacobs worked for several years in the human resources department of a Cologne-based infrastructure company. She supported various departments in all personnel-related matters, from recruitment and organisational development to strategic HR support. She has been head of the human resources department at GTP Schäfer since November 2025. Her focus is on the further development of modern and efficient human resources work and the promotion of a good corporate culture.
